Lori began her real estate career in 2005 as an individual agent. In 2011, she joined a top team as Agent Manager and learned the business from the inside out — quickly proving herself a natural by doubling the team’s production to $45 million in her first year alone. After a decade of hands-on experience in every corner of the industry, Lori formed The Lori Vaden West Group: a hand-picked team of top professionals who operate like family, offering seamless support through every step of the buying and selling journey.

Lori was raised by a CPA father and a nurse mother — a combination that wired servant-hearted giving and sharp critical thinking into who she is. Lori is married to her soul mate, a general surgeon and critical care doctor, and together they have five adult sons who all still call Texas home. As an empty nester, she’s embraced ballroom dancing, golf, and piano. She’s active in her church and serves others both locally and abroad through mission work — and she’s always up for entertaining, traveling, hiking, biking, or a good family game night.
